Jane Eyre

Jane Eyre

Loved it! Was so scared a few times that the ending would disappoint me, but it was perfect.

Have to say 'finally' for Anna! Advanced quite a few of the characters stories, which is always good. This is such a cute series, can't wait to read her next.

Two books- Irish Thoroughbred (8/10) and Irish Rose (9/10). I've read these before, I'm sure, but I recently got the sequel so had to reread these before I read that one!

Not a huge fan of poems, but these were good.

The Virgin Queen's Daughter

The Virgin Queen's Daughter
By Ella March Chase
16 hours (book on CD)

Really good. Loved the characters, loved and hated Elizabeth, sometimes in the same page. Pure fancy, of course, on the part of the author. But still compelling and historical in most ways.

The Atlas of Sacred Places

The Atlas of Sacred Places
By James Harpur

The 'Gazatteer' at the end maybe should have been interspersed, so the travel information was with the rest of the information. Good book, beatiful pictures! Found a few places to visit.

Runs the gamut- funny, horrible, stupid, simple, convoluted, cunning. I liked basically all the stories!

The Bride's Baby

The Bride's Baby
By Liz Fielding

Cute. A bit rushed though, I think it could have and probably should have been a longer book. There was a lot to the story- both their families, for one thing. And there were quite a few characters I would have liked to have heard more about- Pat and Josie among them.

Very good! I may be pre-disposed to love Jane Austen novels, but she never disappoints.
